English Tea
England is the land of pudding, "spotted dick" (pudding with raisins and currants), "plum duff" (plums) and "syllabub" (medieval dish made with cream, white wine and lemon juice). The cream of English tea is served at any tea house, especially on the south coast. Generally, tea is served with bread, jam and butter. There are many traditional bakery, pancakes with North of England and Scotland, Scottish puddings Buns, Bakewell cake, topped with jelly, ice cream and almonds, as well as all types of bread
